Important Agenda Items by Month

  1. December - Executive Board Elections - elect Executive Board members. Elected Executive Board members will take office immediately.
  2. January - General Board Elections-elect General Board members. Elected General Board members will take office immediately.

    1. Equipment Manager's Annual Report-written report itemizing all equipment purchased during the previous season and recommendations for new equipment purchases.
    2. Football Head Coach Approval - The VP of Football shall present selections for Head Coaches
  • Fundraiser-Fundraising Committee will make recommendations for annual fundraisers.
  1. April
    1. Treasurer's Annual Report-written report of financial status containing all receipts and expenditures for the previous year and the sources for each. The designated appointees of the President shall audit such report.
    2. Committee Budget Proposals - committee chairpersons will submit proposed budgets.
  • Bylaws Revisions-Bylaws Committee will submit the proposed revisions to the Bylaws for Board consideration.
  1. May - The Executive Board will present an annual budget for the current year.
  2. June - The Vice President of Cheerleading will present recommendations for sideline team sizes.
  3. July - The Vice President of Football will present recommendations for the maximum number of players for football teams.
  4. August - The Vice President of Cheerleading will present recommendations for competition team sizes and selections for competition coaches.
